I took a huge leap of faith buying this because I had just read about aromatherapy online and I am happy that It actually works. It is super relaxing and it helps me get through my period a lot easier.
I do not get painful cramps during my period but the PMS is always over the roof. This oil helps me relax and I love it because I do not have to keep apologizing for yelling at people at the office.
I used to get really bad cramps a few days before getting my period and I would have to take medication throughout my period to lessen the pain until I started using this oil. It literally works like magic. I massage it into my lower abdomen and voilah! I am healed.
I buy this oil every month because I do not want to take my chances with cramps especially when I have to go to work. It is so effective and I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
That time of the month is usually hell for me because it means constant use of a hot water bottle and pills to alleviate the period pain but not anymore. This oil actually relieves period pain within minutes after application.
My period comes with cramps, fever, diarrhoea and bouts of shaking. I’ve resorted to swallowing pills every month to reduce the pain but all that is in the past since I found this oil.

I start to use this oil a few days before the period and in the beginning, when I start feeling cramps. I softly massage the bottom of my belly, it makes it warm and cramps not that strong. Helps me a lot, I have really hard period cramps.
