Whenever I use this oil my energy levels are increased and it relieves fatigue.
This oil relaxes my mind and helps me unwind after a long day at work. I normally get convulsions cause of an underlying condition and the use of this oil has helped prevent them while treating the pain that comes with my condition.
I love that this oil is an anti- depressant and also a sedative so I can get to sleep even when I have a lot on my mind. I normaly use this oil before I sleep because I have a pretty overwhelming job and I can attest that it really works.
I used to stay up late at night because of negative memories resurfacing but now this oil helps me relax and sleep like a log.
